Ordering
The Customer places an order in the online store by selecting the desired products and confirming the order. By placing an order, the Customer agrees to the applicable ordering and delivery terms.
An order confirmation will be sent to the Customer by email. The order becomes binding once the Supplier has received and accepted it.
The Supplier reserves the right to reject or cancel an order for a justified reason, such as product unavailability, an incorrect price or a technical error. In such cases, the Customer will be informed as soon as reasonably possible and any payment already made will be refunded where applicable.

The Customer is responsible for ensuring that the contact details and other information required for delivery are correct.
Delivery charges are determined based on the selected delivery method and will be disclosed to the Customer before the order is confirmed.
